Payments:

We accept Visa, Matercard, American Express, & Discover, as well as checks, money orders, and cash.

For larger projects, we generally request a deposit, based upon the estimated costs of materials.

Full payment is due prior to final delivery.

Commercial clients may apply for credit. Our standard terms are net 30 days. Other terms are available upon request.

Estimates:

Estimates are approximations of anticipated costs. They do not represent actual final costs. We do, however, endeavor to remain within our original estimates as much as possible.


Pickup & Delivery Policy:

We are more than glad to come pick up or deliver your project.

For locations in the Portland Metro Area, plus urban Clark County, Washington, we do not charge for pickup or delivery. Additionally, we will pickup & delivery to the following points for no charge:

In Columbia County, St. Helens and Scappoose
Urban Yamhill County plus Yamhill, Carlton, and Amity
Rural Washington County, including the vicinity of Scholls, North Plains, and Banks
In Marion County, Aurora, Donald, Hubbard, St. Paul, Woodburn

For points South of Woodburn, East of Troutdale or Camas/Washougal, West of Banks or McMinnville, or North of Vancouver or St Helens, a delivery surcharge may apply. Please inquire.

For points beyond Northwest Oregon or Southwest Washington, third-party shipping carriers will be required. Costs of shipping will be borne by the client.

Refunds & Returns:

The client is responsible for clearly and concisely communicating the desired outcome of their project to us prior to the start of work. This includes functional and aesthetic elements, such as colors, shapes, and special placement of fabrics.

We're more than happy to work with you to meet your desires, so please, if you have specific requests, outline them to us prior to the start of work.

Absent of client supplied guidance, we will undertake the job to what we feel is the best possible finish. In these circumstances, we cannot be held liable if the end results do not match preconceived outcomes.

We do not deliver substandard work to our clients. If, however, something does not appear to function properly, or if some flaw has escaped our notice, we will do our utmost to rectify the error.

We will only provide refunds if the end product cannot be repaired by us. Refunds will include the costs of labor, but we will not refund the cost of materials, delivery surcharges, or shipping.

All requests for repairs, alterations, or refunds must be made within a period of 30 days after delivery.

For retail items purchased from us, we will give full refund if the item is returned undamaged within 30 days of sale.

F.O.B.:

All items picked up by the client are considered delivered at our location effective upon acceptance of invoice.

Items delivered by us will be considered delivered upon arrival at the client's specified delivery point. Please ensure that the delivery point is secure. If no-one will be present at the delivery point, we will not deliver.

Items shipped are considered delivered upon entry into the system of a third-party delivery carrier's system. Or default carrier is the United States Postal Service; other carriers are available upon client request.
